How it works

Margo isn't a chatbot bolted onto your website. She answers your forwarded phone line in a real human voice — and you hear her do it for your business before your card is ever charged.

    Sign up — no card

    Email and business name. That's it. You get a dedicated Twilio number and a 10-minute setup wizard. Nothing is billed yet.

  2. 02

    Configure your business (10 min)

    Hours, services, what you don't offer (Margo will say so on the call), booking rules, who gets the owner email after each call.

  3. 03

    Forward your line

    On your existing carrier (Verizon, Comcast, RingCentral, whatever), set conditional forwarding: forward on no-answer, busy, or unreachable to your Margo number. Your published number never changes. Customers see the same caller ID.

  4. 04

    Call her. As yourself.

    Pick up your phone, dial your own business number, let it ring through, and Margo answers as your business. Test the booking flow. Switch to Spanish mid-call. Hang up and re-call in Portuguese. This is the gate — nothing is charged yet.

    Approve, then pay

    Click "go live" in the dashboard. Your tier price hits your card. Real callers start getting answered immediately — same Twilio number, same forwarding rules, just now wired up for production.

  6. 06

    Every call shows up in your inbox

    Owner email with transcript, summary, caller number, what they wanted, what Margo did, and a link to the recording. Bookings drop on your calendar. Callers get a follow-up email (Solo) or SMS (Growth / Managed).

The phone number question

You keep your number. Always.

We never ask you to port. You give your existing line a forwarding rule and we hand you a dedicated Twilio number to forward to. Your customers see the same caller ID they've always seen. If you ever want out, you flip the forwarding off — your line is exactly how it was the day before you signed up.

The language question

English, Spanish, Portuguese — on every plan.

Margo detects the caller's language in the first second and switches silently. Same voice (ElevenLabs Sarah, multilingual), so it never sounds like a different person took the call. PT-BR is included from the $49 Solo plan; nobody else under $500 ships it at all.
