Known spam numbers get a polite goodbye instead of your minute pool. We filter against carrier reputation lists before the call ever counts.
Owner email after every call
Within minutes of hangup you get an email with the caller's name, number, what they wanted, what Margo did, and the full transcript plus recording. Read it at a stoplight, not at the end of the day.
Caller follow-up
Every answered call ends with an outbound follow-up to the caller. Solo sends email (when an email is captured). Growth and Managed add auto-SMS from your business number once your 10DLC carrier registration clears.
Hard price guardrail
Margo physically cannot quote a price. We block it at runtime — no hallucinated estimates, no underbids you have to honor.
Business-hours-aware greeting
Different greeting nights and weekends, set per tenant. Quiet-hours SMS respects TCPA automatically.
Recording disclosure built in
Two-party-consent states (CA, MA, and others) get a recording disclosure prepended to every greeting. Toggle per tenant in settings — on by default.
Honest AI disclosure
Asked 'Are you a real person?' she says no. Every time. No tricks, no lawsuits, no awkward review screenshots.
Tri-lingual by default
English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese — auto-detected on first hello. No 'press 2 for Spanish' menu, no extra fee.
Your number, your brand
Caller ID stays yours — you forward your existing line to a dedicated Twilio number. On Growth and Managed, SMS comes from your business name on a registered 10DLC campaign once approved.
